The Horse Story
Raghu believed in living life for the moment and enjoying every bit of it. Not long back he came to Bombay now Mumbai when he was 14 years old from a distant village in Uttar Pradesh. He had the dream of conquering the world in his eyes, the dream which eventually brought him to the centre stage of Mumbai’s underworld and made him the most dreaded figure of this obscure place.
Raghu had developed a huge passion for horse racing and gambling , he has more than 50 stud farms across Mumbai which breed some of the rarest breeds of horses. He remembers each of his horses, their pluses, races won all at the back of his hands.
2 years back
The passion for horses and his subsequent rise to power started the day or shall we call night he met Tipu, Sonali and Makran. It was pitch dark, one of the worst power cuts of Mumbai, Raghu was on his way back on his bicycle from an assignment given by his boss...suddenly at that moment a gush of lightning struck him and he heard a heavy voice telling him “Raghu, my son GET ME A COLD-DRINK” raghu looked around “startled” he had no clue of who was ordering for a cold drink at this time when no drinks would be cold because of the power cuts, he replied back with a rather scary tone “Paise do”... the voice said “i don’t have the money but you can take my horses and fetch enough money for a Coke, i anyways don’t find a use for them ” Raghu agreed and took charge of T, S & M. He never found out who was the person with the heavy voice unit one day....... the horses started talking to him.
Tipu, Sonali and Makran were the horses from Maka-re-reva Galaxy and had different special powers. Tipu could mimic any bollywood actor, Sonali could give madhuri dixit a run for her money and Makran could do nothing and still be popular amongst the female horses.
Once Raghu was in deep stress after his boss fired him for not being able to collect the hafta from the street beggars and getting beaten up by them. Tipu came upto to him and said in Amitabh Bacchans voice “Khudi ko kar buland itna...hai...” he told Raghu to train them for the races and be rich himself.
He trained the three of them intensively and got them qualified for one of the prestigious races in the town, he had bet all his savings that day on the race....all three of them and Raghu knew that they can’t win the competition using fair means. The strategy was simple – Sonali would start dancing while on the run to attract all male horses and Makran would spread his charm on the female horses, Tipu would take the advantage of all this and run past all competitors.. the plan worked to perfection and Raghu Won a great sum, big enough to fund all his desires and be the King of the gambling and eventually the underworld.
